Terms of Service – Jumi Studio Games

2. License and permitted use

We grant you a personal, limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable and revocable license to install and use our games on Android devices that you own or control, for your personal, non‑commercial entertainment only and subject to these Terms and Google Play rules.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, lend or publicly display any part of our games, except as expressly allowed by applicable law and these Terms.

3. Virtual items and in‑app purchases

Our games may include virtual items such as coins, lives, boosts, cosmetic content or other digital goods. You may purchase these items through Google Play in‑app purchases.

• Virtual items have no real‑world monetary value and cannot be exchanged outside the game.
• All payments are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
• Purchases are generally non‑refundable, subject to applicable law and Google Play's own refund policies.
• We may adjust, rebalance or remove virtual items, offers or game features at any time to improve gameplay or for technical reasons.

4. Player conduct

You agree not to:

• use cheats, bots, hacks, mods or any other unauthorized third‑ party tools;
• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of our games, except where allowed by law;
• exploit bugs or vulnerabilities or engage in any activity that gives you an unfair advantage;
• use our games for any illegal purpose or in violation of Google Play policies.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our games if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

All games, graphics, music, characters, logos and other content are owned by Jumi Studio Games or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive no ownership rights in the games or any related content.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Our games are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the games will be error‑free, uninterrupted or compatible with every device or operating system version.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jumi Studio Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of data, progress, virtual items or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of our games.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability will be limited to the amount you have actually spent on in‑app purchases in the relevant game during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any of our games or certain features at any time, with or without notice. You may stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

9. Governing law

Unless otherwise required by the laws of your country of residence, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available in our games and/or on our website with an updated "Last updated" date. If you continue to use our games after the changes take effect, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Terms.
